Tetralene, Inc. , machines custom high performance thermoplastic components that range in size from 1/64" diameter through 58 ½" diameter complete with CNC Lathe, Tool Centers and CAD/CAM capabilities. Additionally, Tetralene manufactures custom spring energized seals as well as complete seal stack solutions for the most demanding applications and environments - - customizing most all expanders based on client service level requirements. Our seal stacks have found solutions in environments up to 750 ° F (398 ° C) and pressures up to 40,000 psi.
Tetralene Elastomer, Inc. (TEI) , manufactures a wide range of custom molded elastomeric seals and components up to 72" diameter, in addition to machining custom metal components for its bonded seals and custom metal components. Tetralene Elastomer, Inc. provides, mold design, compound testing and manufacturers a wide range of custom molded elastomeric seals, packing and components for most any high temperature and/or high pressure environments. Compression molding, transfer molding, and custom extrusions are offered in materials such as Viton® , Aflas® , Nitrile , HNBR , fabric reinforced, as well as our specially blended compounds to meet any customer specification. Your products can be produced up to 72" diameter or as small as 1/8" diameter. First article mold approval, SPC inspection, and documented final inspection reports, guarantees your components reach you right every time.
