The Tetralene Companies, a single source manufacturer for thermoplastic, thermoelastomer and specific sealing system applications, has evolved over the last 30 years, as a consolidation of manufacturing entities.  Tetralene Inc., machines custom high performance thermoplastic components that range in size from 1/64" diameter through 58 ½" diameter.  Complete with CNC Lathe, Tool Centers and CAD/CAM capabilities. Additionally, Tetralene manufactures custom spring energized seals as well as complete seal stack solutions for the most demanding applications and environments. 

Tetralene Elastomer Inc. (TEI), manufactures a wide range of custom molded elastomeric seals and components up to 72" diameter. TEI additionally machines custom metal components for its bonded seals and custom metal components requirements. Tetralene Elastomer Inc. provides engineering design services, compound testing and manufacturers a wide range of custom molded elastomeric seals, packing and components for most any high temperature, high pressure and/or extremely dynamic environments.
